What is an Estate Sale?
Put simply, an estate sale is when all or most items in a home are sold. Common reasons for an estate sale being held is a loss of a loved one, moving, downsizing, merging homes, divorce or foreclosure. We know these life changing events can be complicated, stressful and overwhelming. We understand the emotional challenges that can occur during such times. Our services can ease some of that burden.

Our Company’s Services
- Hire our company to host an estate sale.
- Free consultation and no cash up front. Commission comes out of proceeds.
- We will sort, organize, arrange and display all items to be sold by using available tables, shelves or similar areas for display purposes and we will provide additional tables and display cases, if necessary.
- We will inspect, research and evaluate items and bring in someone specialized to help assess value, if necessary, at our cost. We will place price stickers, tags, or signs for all items.
- Once the sale is prepared, we will advertise and promote the sale by use of newspaper ads and online resources like Facebook.
- We will conduct a two-day sale and place signage in the yard or street corner where allowed.
- Rest assured, we have qualified staff members that are friendly, knowledgeable and available to assist customers.
- We provide bags and wrapping paper for purchases.
- For higher priced items or slower moving items, we provide a bid box.
- Throughout the sale, we also keep an itemized list of the items being sold, providing you the itemized list of items sold at the time of payment.
